| Nowadays,in the 21 st century,the food industry is an important industry related to people’s health and national security.China has put forward high requirements for food safety and comprehensive nutrition.These higher requirements have accelerated the development of the food industry and fierce competition,and continued competition in the industry,which has gradually evolved into a multi-faceted competitive industrial chain.At present,in addition to improving quality,food companies must continuously improve their performance appraisal capabilities.Value chain management is a new management model that emphasizes that companies should integrate suppliers and customers into their own industry chains.The enterprise value chain continues to extend from the inside out,and with the advantage of external resources,it gradually develops a community of mutual assistance and mutual benefit.Based on this background,Hefei YL,a food manufacturing enterprise initiated by social capital,has begun to pay more and more attention to its own performance improvement,and hopes to improve its overall efficiency.Therefore,this paper takes Hefei YL Company as an example,and designs a performance appraisal system suitable for the continuous growth of Hefei YL Company from the relevant content of value chain theory.The paper analyzes the value chain theory,performance evaluation theory and value chain performance evaluation theory.The value chain has internal and external points.In the performance evaluation,the value chain can be used to find the value-added points.Secondly,it introduces the development situation,organization system,provider,customer,financial situation and operation results of Hefei YL Company and the characteristics of the industry.After that,the performance evaluation of the company was studied,and the problems of Hefei YL Company were found out.The operability of the value chain theory applied to the performance evaluation of Hefei YL Company was analyzed.Based on this,the value chain was designed.Performance evaluation indicator system.At the same time,according to the characteristics of Hefei YL Company,this paper analyzes the internal value chain and the external value chain,and determines the specific indicators from each link.Based on the questionnaire survey and the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of related indicators are set..Then,using performance appraisal system and leverage evaluation method to comprehensively analyze the performance of Hefei YL Company,and get the final score of Hefei YL Company.Finally,it is specifically analyzed which of the value chain of Hefei YL Company are value-added and which are non-value-added parts.The paper focuses on the selection of indicators.It mainly chooses the index and determines the weight from four angles.Firstly,six financial indicators are selected;secondly,three aspects are selected in the internal value chain: innovation,production and operation,and after-sales service;and three aspects are selected in the internal value chain: human resources,technology development and process design;thirdly,the upper and upper sellers’ indicators in the external vertical value chain choose product quality and delivery.Prices and services are used to evaluate upstream sellers of food enterprises.Selection of downstream customer indicators: The indicators of food enterprises for downstream customers are consistent with most enterprises mainly in customer satisfaction rate,customer loyalty,market share;Fourth,the selection of external horizontal value chain indicators market share,total assets,information platform construction and the growth rate of cooperative enterprises.On the whole,through the application of value chain theory to the construction of enterprise performance evaluation system,the direction of improving performance of Hefei YL Food Company can be clearly defined.This study provides a new idea for Hefei YL Company Management Company and tries to apply the value chain theory in practice.According to the performance evaluation system,we can judge the strengths and weaknesses of Hefei YL Company in each link,and enhance the market value and market competitiveness of Hefei YL Company. |
