Abstract/Summary:
With the improvement of people’s living standards in China,food industry is related to people’s health and national security,which has also been put forward higher requirements,such as high quality,good quality,nutrition,convenience and so on.The high demand to promote the development of the food industry and fierce competition,competition in the food industry is no longer a individual behavior,and gradually evolves into a full range of competition in the industrial chain.Food industry not only needs to improve technology,but also to enhance the level of performance evaluation.Value chain management,as a new type of management,emphasizes that enterprises should be suppliers,customers into their own industrial chain,enterprises to the outside extension,and the use of external resources to establish a community of interests and interests of the common interests.In this context,the KF food company as a private food manufacturing enterprise,begins to pay attention to performance improvement,and looks forward to effectively enhancing the overall efficiency of the company.So the thesis to KF food company,for example,based on value chain theory to build KF food company development performance evaluation system.The thesis adopts the literature review,interview and questionnaire.The thesis first introduces the relevant theories of enterprise performance evaluation and value chain.The value chain is divided into internal value chain,including external value chain of upstream suppliers,downstream consumers,enterprise competition and cooperation and the value chain of the company’s own production and operation.This thesis then introduces the development status,organizational structure,suppliers,customers,financial status and operating performance of KF Food Company,and the characteristics of KF Food Company.Then it analyzes the performance of KF Food Company and finds out the development and performance of KF Food Company.This thesis analyzes the feasibility of KF food company’s performance evaluation based on value chain theory.On this basis,it builds the performance evaluation index system of KF food company based on value chain theory,and combines the characteristics of food industry,The thesis analyzes the links included in the value chain,and designs the specific indexes for different aspects,and determines the weight of the indicators according to the questionnaire survey of the importance comparison and the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the performance evaluation system of KF food company is analyzed synthetically.At the same time,the implementation of the performance evaluation system puts forward five guarantees,including promote the KF food company executives attention;reform and pay system;reasonable planning staff career;improve the KF food company supervision mechanism;the initial establishment of KF food company performance evaluation interview mechanism and improve the management process.In this thesis,the performance evaluation system constructed by the value chain theory is used to clarify the direction of KF food company to improve its performance.The research provided KF food company with a new management idea,and also made a new attempt to apply for the value chain theory.Performance evaluation system can determine the advantages and disadvantages of all aspects of KF food companies.As a result,KF food company can increase their value,access to competitive advantage to help.
