The Study Of Beijing Housing Provident Fund Operation And Management

China's housing provident fund system originated in Shanghai in the 90 s,accelerating the urban housing construction has played an important role after 20 years' development.But with the development of economic and housing reform in depth,housing prices continued to rise.The people can not afford house,which has doubts about the housing provident fund system.They are looking forward to reforming the housing provident fund system.Since Beijing housing accumulation fund systems' establishment,both the amount deposited and the number of depositors,have reached an unprecedented large amount.Beijing housing provident fund has 6.5 million actual deposited staff and with a deposit of 129.739 billion yuan in 2015.But Beijing housing accumulation fund still has some problems.Firstly,this article will analyze the definition of housing accumulation fund and the related theories of housing accumulation fund.Secondly,it will analyze the problems of Beijing housing accumulation fund and the reasons why these problems emerged in detail.Finally,it will make some recommendations combiniing with Singapore and Shanghai advanced experience in order to improve the management of Beijing housing provident fund.In this paper,housing provident fund management will be combined with the coercive theory,mutual aid theory,equity theory.It will analyze the problems in its management and operation.Ine the sametime,it will make some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the Beijing operation of housing accumulation fund management,in order that the public accumulation fund for housing construction can play a more important role in people's life.
