Driven by the plan for the rise of the central region,the six central provinces have accelerated their development and the level of urbanization has continued to increase.In particular,the urbanization rate of the capital cities of the six central provinces has increased significantly.With the increasing urban population of the provincial capital cities in the six central provinces,the demand for urban housing is also growing,and the contradiction between “there are few people and more people” is increasingly prominent,accompanied by the continuous rise in housing prices.For the middle-and low-income people,the housing pressure in the city is increasing day by day.It is difficult to meet the housing demand by their own economic strength.Therefore,people hope that the housing provident fund can provide support.The housing provident fund system is an important system in China's housing security,but the practice shows that the guarantee function of the housing provident fund has not achieved the expected effect,and there is a big gap between the original intention of the establishment of the system.The country and regions are actively adjusting their policies.The provincial capital cities of the six central provinces are also constantly exploring,and launching targeted policies for deposit,withdrawal,and loans in light of national policies and local real estate markets.The overall development of housing provident fund is improving.However,some problems have been found in the analysis of the current operation status of the provincial capital cities in the central six provinces.The deposit coverage rate is low,the distribution of employee units is uneven,and there are risks in operation.Therefore,it is necessary to further analyze the housing of provincial capital cities in the six central provinces.The performance of the provident fund.This paper collects and organizes data from the official website of the municipal housing provident fund management center.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the housing accumulation fund operation in the provincial capitals of the six central provinces,on the basis of repeated verification,12 indicators were selected andthe housing accumulation fund operation of the provincial capitals of the six central provinces was established.Performance evaluation indicator system.Factor analysis method is selected as the empirical analysis method of this paper.In order to ensure the evaluation result is more objective and fair,the idea of entropy weighting method is introduced,and the factor analysis method and entropy weighting method are applied to the provincial capitals and selected eastern and western parts of the six central provinces.A comparative analysis of 13 provincial capital cities with different economic development levels found that the performance of provincial capital cities in the six central provinces is still relatively low,and business operations,value-added revenue,operational risks,and social and economic benefits are at a relatively low level.According to the comprehensive operation status and empirical analysis,the relevant departments of the housing provident fund should improve the coverage of the provident fund,extract the policy to the low-income group,actively explore the diversified investment channels,prevent the operational risk of the provident fund and improve the social and economic benefits of the provident fund,in order to improve Operational performance of housing provident fund in the capital cities of the six central provinces.
