Talents become the core driving force for the continuous development of enterprises and the whole country,and are the key to achieving and maintaining competitive position.Managers occupy an absolutely important position in the human resources of resources,and the competition of talents is also based on the core talents of the industry.Enterprise management talents are the creators of advanced science and cutting-edge technology.They have high human capital value and are the creators of high value in the organization.They have an important impact on the development of organizations,regions and countries.As a self-innovative enterprise,Y's core management problem is the loss of managers.The middle-level and grass-roots managers are the main factors that have seriously affected the company's strategic layout and business development.This paper attempts to analyze the internal resources and capabilities of Y and analyze the human resources related theories to solve the problem of the company's current management talent loss.Through the field research,questionnaire collection and quantitative analysis methods,this paper deeply explores the core causes of the company's brain drain.It finds that the company has several problems in salary and welfare,employee career planning,corporate culture,management system and personnel training.With problem-oriented orientation,the company proposes targeted measures and suggestions for a series of problems existing in the company,including compensation and benefits,career planning,organizational culture,internal management and personal ability development,to solve Y's current serious brain drain.The problem is to achieve the stability of enterprise talent development.On the basis of the measures to solve the outflow of management talents of Y Company,from the talent crisis mechanism,the talent withdrawal mechanism,the organization guarantee to the fund guarantee,etc.,it provides a perfect guarantee system for the solution of the problem and promotes the smooth implementation of the promotion.This paper hopes that the research on Y can help solve the problems existing in the company.At the same time,it can provide reference for the same type in the industry and provide some help for the company's healthy and sustainable development.
