Research On The Knowledge Management In R&D Projects Of Company A

With the rapid development of the world economy,not only electrification,the degree of information has been increasing,it also has penetrated into every aspect of life.How to ensure the safe operation of these equipment,especially for the equipment related to life safety,it becomes a key issue today.Company A is responsible for design,development and production of uninterruptible power supply and provides customers with reliable power supply solutions.They have good development opportunities,but at the same time,customers require high quality of products,and strict environment.If company A can do research for the project,with appropriate theory meet the customers' requirements,meanwhile it can shorten the project development time,improve product quality,reduce the operation and maintenance cost improve the core competitiveness of company A.Based on the actual situation of company A's project management,this thesis analyzes the existing product development process and project management process in detail,and finds out the key factors restricting the performance of projects development.It also analysis the time and quality management in the project management.It points out the defects which exist in the time and quality management in project management.It points out the necessity of introducing knowledge management into the knowledge-intensive project of company A.Based on the combination of theoretical knowledge on project management and knowledge management and the actual situations in company A,the thesis studies the dual control of project management and knowledge management processes.With the proposed model and combined with the relationship between project and knowledge management,integrate the control model of knowledge and project management to provide theoretical guidance for R&D project management.It can guide the R&D center of company A to design a specific deepening program of knowledge management.According to the evaluation results,we can find out the solution for company A's knowledge management and it also provide a good reference for other companies on knowledge management.
