Application Research Of Knowledge Management In The Nuclear Power Engineering Project Management Company

China’s nuclear power industry started in the 1950s. Nuclear technology has been in the stage of independent research and development because of international political reasons. Until the 1980s, China began to try to carry out international cooperation, the introduction of capital, technology, equipment and management of the construction model, to constitute an "introduction, digestion, absorption, re-innovation" model. In the beginning of 2003, Nuclear power industry has been vigorously developed, and also nuclear power project management companies have emerged at the moment. For the company in the nuclear power engineering field, it has entered the ranks of the nuclear power business model innovation and R & D project management. Knowledge has a pivotal position to the company; knowledge management can not only improve the company’s effective use of knowledge, but also related to the company’s survival and sustainable development.This article is based on a special nuclear project management model. After surveying the current state of nuclear power industry knowledge management in the domestic and overseas, this article digs out the nuclear power project company’s internal management, knowledge management for content, core, meaning and elements sort of knowledge management in nuclear power projects and clarifying the general idea. Based on TRIZ theory, knowledge base is the essence of resolving contradictions, the paper applied the contradiction matrix of innovation theory and knowledge, to explain the need of knowledge management for nuclear power projects company. while in the process of implementing knowledge management program, the emphasis on project technical (eg technical progress of the project risk management, etc.) and project management organization structure OBS decomposition technique. Based on this series of studies, it designs knowledge management solutions of nuclear power engineering project management, to build internal knowledge management system. It is demonstrated the feasibility of this program finally.
