On Wuhu Economic Development Zone Economic Policy

In the process of reform and opening up,in order to promote the rapid development of the economy,all levels of government in China have launched a variety of economic development zone construction initiatives.The economic development zone is not only an important measure for China to implement reform and opening up,but also an important part of China's strategic decision-making.It plays a key role in China's modernization drive.Since the 1980 s,various central development zones,such as special economic zones,high-tech industrial zones,bonded zones,and economic development zones,have been established,whether they are the central government or local governments.Although these development zones have different levels and types,they all contribute to the growth of China's economy to varying degrees.Moreover,the development zone is also one of China's major policy tools.Governments at all levels have established investment zones to attract investment,thereby improving the production efficiency of relevant enterprises and improving the development of the regional economy.This paper takes the national economic development zone-Wuhu Economic Development Zone as a research case,and uses the literature research method and the investigation analysis method to sort out and analyze the basic composition,content and existing problems of the existing policies,and combine them in the research.Suggestions in the problems found.The research is divided into six chapters,The main contents of each chapter are as follows.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research.At the same time,it combs the research status at home and abroad and makes a simple evaluation.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical foundations.Focusing on the Development Zone,economic development zone,information asymmetry theory,comparative advantage theory and other concepts and theories.The third chapter is the development of Wuhu Economic Development Zone.It mainly introduces the general situation of Wuhu Economic Development Zone.At the same time,it introduces its development status from the aspects of industrial development,investment structure,management and service.It is found that there are some problems in the development of Wuhu Economic Development Zone,such as lack of construction funds,unreasonable industrial layout and serious brain drain.The fourth chapter is the current situation,problems and analysis of the policy of Wuhu Economic Development Zone.In this part,the composition and content of the investment promotion policy,employment training policy and industrial agglomeration policy of Wuhu Economic Development Zone are first introduced.Secondly,the problems of these three types of policies are introduced respectively,and the reasons for their problems are expounded.The fifth chapter is the proposal to improve the policies of the Wuhu Economic Development Zone.According to the above discussion,in this part,we also launched three aspects from the investment promotion policy,employment training policy,and industrial agglomeration policy,and put forward targeted suggestions.The sixth chapter is the concluding remarks.Through this research,we can find that after years of development,the Wuhu Economic Development Zone has achieved certain achievements.However,with the changes of the times,there are still some problems in its policy implementation.It is necessary to improve the policies and improve their implementation effects..At the same time,it can also provide some reference and reference for improving the policies of other national economic development zones in the future.
