Construction And Application Of Digital Urban Management System In Xuzhou

At present,with the continuous development of the social economy,the scale of the city is also expanding,the various functions of the city are further enhanced,and the problems of the existing urban management model lagging behind the urban construction and the demand of the citizens are becoming increasingly prominent,citizens on urban management,urban planning,livable city requirements are also increasingly high.The traditional management mode has been unable to meet the People’s pursuit of quality of life,the implementation of more effective management mode,vigorously promote digital construction,and gradually become a social hotspot.Compared with the traditional urban management model,the digital management model is more advanced and efficient.Through the advanced digital information means,the problem-solving ability of urban management has been enhanced,in order to establish the long-term management mechanism of the city to determine the relevant standards,and improve the level of urban development.At present,China’s implementation of the digital urban management model has entered a high-speed development period,forming a set of effective disposal process.In accordance with the "digital urban management" construction model implemented by the ministry of housing and urban-rural development,the xuzhou digital urban management system has been under construction since 2009 and put into use in 2011.After nearly a decade of development,a relatively fixed operation model has been formed,however,compared with other advanced cities,there is still a certain gap.In this paper,the operation mode of xuzhou digital urban management system is taken as the research object,through comparative Analysis,Empirical Research and other analytical methods,the main problems in the operation of digital urban management in Xuzhou are summarized as follows: 1)the management is weak;2)the coverage of digital urban management is limited;3)the evaluation system is difficult to implement;4)the enthusiasm of public participation is low.According to the existing problems and based on a thorough investigation of the current situation of the digital city management system in xuzhou,this paper puts forward an optimized scheme of working mode for solving the problems of city management by using digital means,the solutions are proposed: 1)establishing a separation mechanism of supervision,enforcement and command,and strengthening the security of law enforcement at the grass-roots level;2)clarifying theresponsibilities of departments and speeding up the construction of the coverage of digital urban management;3)establishing a comprehensive evaluation mechanism and carrying out independent third-party assessment;4)increasing the enthusiasm of public participation in digital urban management.There are 26 figures,10 tables and 104 references in this paper.
