Internet finance has a huge impact on the traditional banking industry along with the advent of knowledge economy and information age,and competition among commercial banks has intensified.Under such a circumstance,the traditional KPI evaluation system is no longer apply to the current development mode of commercial banks which hinders the sustainable development of commercial banks.Therefore,the reform of KPI evaluation of commercial banks is a task which brooks no delay.A good KPI evaluation system is also an important factor for commercial banks to form core competitiveness.In recent years,In recent years,the development of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank is overheat.Therefore,in the process of development,there are some problems that can not be ignored,and its previous management system has seriously restricted the sustainable development of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank.After investigation and research,this paper elaborates the existing problems in the KPI evaluation system of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank according to the development strategy and the current KPI evaluation system of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank.It is aimed to use balanced scorecard to improve the KPI system and design the KPI evaluation system on this basis.This paper first introduces the development and operation of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank and the strategic objectives of the enterprise.According to the current KPI elevation system,it can be seen that the existing system seriously hinders the sustainable development of uaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank.Therefore,the bank needs to establish a performance evaluation system that conforms to the characteristics of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank and reflects its strategic objectives and strengthens its internal control management.Secondly,the author looked up the domestic and foreign commercial bank KPI evaluation and balanced scorecard related literature,taking it as the basis of this study.In this paper,according to the current performance evaluation system of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank,the author conducted a questionnaire throughout the bank to analyze the problems existing in the current KPI evaluation system and the selection of key indicators.Then,using SWOT analysis method to draw the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank,and draw a strategic map.The author uses AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the KPI system.Finally,the performance management process is designed according to the determined performance indicator system,and the operation results of the new performance value indicator system are obtained in the whole bank.Based on the balanced scorecard,this paper studies the KPI system of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.The theoretical significance lies in enriching the research direction of balanced Scorecard in the KPI evaluation system of Agricultural Commercial Banks and making an attempt for the reform of the KPI management system of Agricultural Commercial Banks.The practical significance of this paper is to solve the main problems,such as the current performance index system of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank,focusing on the short-term financial objectives,excessive weight of financial indicators,ignoring the long-term development plan.This action contributes to the market competitiveness of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank.In addition,it helps to strengthen the overall management and control of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial b Bank and improve the level of management.This paper draws the following conclusions: first,based on the balanced scorecard KPI system,it effectively improves the financial excessive index right of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank,but it ignores the problem of management and management of current employee behavior.The KPI system based on the balanced scorecard should pay more attention to the business balance of commercial banks;secondly,the KPI system based on the balanced scorecard can effectively improve the speculative tendency caused by the short-term indicators of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank's business assessment,and can effectively combine with the long-term development strategy to promote the adjustment of the business structure of Huaihai Agricultural Commercial Bank;Third,the KPI system based on the balanced scorecard improves the employee incentive mechanism,enables employees to participate in the bank wide strategic planning,effectively promotes the growth and development of employees,and provides guarantee for the realization of long-term goals.
