Commercial banks are facing internal and external problems that banking profit growth has slackened,non-performing loan rate has gradually increased.With exposure of the problems brought by non-performing loans accelerating,what is obvious is the loss of net profit growth.The increase in nonperforming loans has doubled the pressure on the banking sector,which is a hot spot for the disposal of non-performing assets,and has resulted in competition between state-owned commercial banks and other joint-stock commercial banks.Therefore,China's commercial banks are facing enormous challenges.Thus,with the decline of profits of commercial banks,problems occur during management.However,performance evaluation is a very important part of management,enterprise should improve the level of performance evaluation.This paper takes the F branch as an example,which found problems in F branch performance evaluation that introduces the Balanced Scorecard to the performance evaluation,therefore,this paper aims to study the use of balanced scorecard method to build F branch performance evaluation index system,hoping that it can enhance the F branch of the performance evaluation level,improving its competitive position in the financial sector.This paper first describes the performance evaluation of F branch,and uses the method of literature research,case analysis and questionnaire to find out the problems of performance evaluation of F branch: pay attention to the result of operation,neglect the business process,separate from the enterprise strategy,pay too much attention to financial level,lack communication with the staff and evaluation of the characteristics of business.Secondly,balanced scorecard is used to re-build it.The system is constructed from the strategic analysis step by step,and SWOT is used for the strategy analysis of F branch,and then strategic positioning: F branch strategic positioning,business positioning,customer positioning,product positioning,which are filtered according to the strategic positioning of the strategic map,and the specific circumstances and problems of performance indicators.Finally,AHP software is applied tothe index weight of F branch,successfully and scientifically set the index weight,which establish performance evaluation index system of F branch,solving the problem of performance evaluation for F branch and putting forward the problems of performance evaluation of F branch which are necessary to pay attention to,so that the performance evaluation of F branch can be carried out smoothly and the performance evaluation level can get improved.
