A Study On The Financial Competitiveness Of The Agricultural Bank Of China

In this paper,agricultural bank is used as the research object to understand the current situation of agricultural bank's competitiveness by comparing and analyzing the relevant financial data of 11 listed commercial Banks.Based on the analysis results of the financial data of 11 listed commercial Banks,the paper puts forward the concrete measures to improve the competitiveness of agricultural bank.This study is mainly divided into the following six parts: the first part introduces the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research methods and research framework;Second part summary of relevant theories,firstly introduces the connotation of competition and competitiveness,and then introduces the meaning of enterprise competitiveness and its three levels,the gives the definition of commercial Banks competitiveness,and analyzes the factor influencing the competitiveness of commercial Banks;The third part of building the evaluation index system,first introduced the commercial bank competitive factors,mainly has three aspects: the existing competitiveness,potential competitiveness,core competitiveness,and then to the three competitiveness index components involved in the specific analysis,so as to build the competitiveness evaluation index system of commercial Banks;The fourth part of the comparative analysis,through the annual report of 12 commercial Banks financial data collection,and the agricultural bank and other 11 commercial Banks competitiveness evaluation index system of competitiveness,existing competitiveness,potential competitiveness and core competitiveness from four aspects of the various financial indicators for comparative analysis,provide the basis for later research competitiveness promotion strategy;The fifth part firstly introduces the general characteristics of the agricultural bank competitiveness evaluation,and combining with other the financial data of listed commercial Banks to the result of comparative analysis,puts forward some specific measures to promote the competitiveness of the agricultural bank of:(1)to accelerate business growth.It is reflected in three aspects,which can make up for the short board of the company,maintain the advantages of personal business and accelerate the development of intermediary business.(2)strengthen support to reflect construction.From the following three aspects,improve the assessment and distribution system,strengthen risk management,and improve the level of human resource management;In the sixth part,the author summarizes and summarizes the main contents of this research,and analyzes the shortcomings of the research.
