Research On Quality And Safety Supervision Of Baiyun District Dietary Supplement In Guangzhou Based On Big Data

China’s health care industry started in the 1980 s,with the improvement of people’s living standards,China’s dietary supplement industry has developed rapidly,dietary supplement has become an indispensable part of daily life.But along with the rapid development of the dietary supplement industry,there have also been a series of quality and safety problems,such as fake and inferior dietary supplement,unauthorized alteration of dietary supplement’s original formula process,and illegal addition of drugs to dietary supplement,the dietary supplement has been criticized by society and the media.These conditions reflect the problems as well as the deficiencies and weaknesses in the quality and safety regulations of the dietary supplement.Currently,with the development of big data technology,the quality and safety supervision work of dietary supplement has been effectively promoted,and the related departments have gradually formed a top-down data information supervision system,but a survey of the actual work shows that the current integration of big data technology with the dietary supplement needs to be improved,and that there are imbalances in development across the country.In view of this,this article from the side of the actual,based on big data in Guangzhou City,Baiyun District Dietary supplement quality safety supervision issues,to understand the Baiyun District City of Guangzhou based on big data dietary supplement quality safety supervision status,we find out the problems of supervision business,administrative law enforcement,data collection and data application ability in the application of big data and related information system,and then find out the solution to improve the current situation of supervision.This research mainly uses the questionnaire research method,the case analysis method and the interview method.By reviewing the state of the art in Big Data and the state of the art in dietary supplement,the theory is clear.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the current situation of quality and safety supervision of dietary supplement by the Baiyun District Supervision Department of Guangzhou using big data,interviews,case studies,and more to identify the pitfalls of using big data in dietary supplement.At the same time,the paper summarizes the practical experience of applying big data in developed countries and domestic pilot cities,and gets the enlightenment of using big data to strengthen the quality and safety supervision of dietary supplement.This paper starts from the actual work,combined with digital governance and risk management theory knowledge,drawing on domestic and foreign experience,to solve the problem of quality and safety supervision,the author puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions,such as perfecting the top-level design of the professional supervision system,collecting the data in time and efficiently,developing and optimizing the use of the data,and perfecting the supporting safeguard measures,etc.,there is some practical value in promoting greater integration of regulatory work with big data.
