Since China is in a period of rapid development of aging,the dietary supplements for elderly is increasingly favored by the elderly.However,the phenomenon of false propaganda in the TV advertisements of elderly dietary supplements is rampant,and the relevant government departments are not effective to supervising the TV advertisements.More and more elderly people are deeply mired in dietary supplement scams and have not been able to defend their rights.This has aroused considerable public concern.In this paper,through methods such as literature research and questionnaire,under the existing television advertising regulatory system for elderly dietary supplement,the district L in city H is taken as an example,discusses the problems and causes of dietary supplements for the elderly television advertising regulatory.And through comparative analysis,this paper compares the domestic and international supervision.Based on the experience of developed countries,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the pre-examination system,strengthen industry supervision,and improve legal supervision for television advertisements for elderly dietary supplements.This paper is expanded from the following aspects:Chapter 1 and chapter 2: introduction and related concept theory.This part mainly expounds the research background,domestic and international research situation,research methods and innovation points,relevant concepts and theoretical knowledge used in this subject.Chapter 3: through the investigation of the related situation of health food for the elderly,the necessity of strengthening the supervision of TV advertisement of health food for the elderly in China is analyzed.Chapter 4 and chapter 5 : taking district L in city H as an example,this part expounds the necessity and existing problems of TV advertisement supervision of dietary supplements for the aged in China.Chapter 6: inspiration of foreign health food TV advertisement supervision.Chapter 7: put forward consummate measure and supervisory countermeasure.
