In 2012,the Regional Equity Markets was established in various provinces,which played an important role in promoting the financing of SMEs and the improvement of the multi-level capital market system.In 2017,the General Office of the State Council issued the “Notice on Standardizing the Development of Regional Equity Markets”,which further clarified the future development orientation of the Regional Equity Markets and incorporated the regional equity market into the top-level design of the multi-level capital market.The clear positioning and gradually introduced regulatory policy have brought more opportunities to the Regional Equity Markets,and also brought greater challenges to the Market.In the face of successive challenges,the advantages of human resources determine the level of product innovation and the function degree of the Market,training is the most direct and effective means to enhance the advantages of human resources.This paper takes the training management of Gansu Equity Exchange Center as the research object.On the basis of summarizing the existing training related theories domestic and abroad,through the questionnaire survey,interviews and other methods,obtained the basic data of the existing training management.Through the study of the status quo of training management in the Gansu Equity Exchange Center,Put forward specific ideas for training management improvement.Specifically: This paper analyzes and proposes improvement suggestions from the aspects of selection of inner-training instructors,development of annual training plan,demand analysis,evaluation of training effectsand improvement of teaching methods,then this paper designed a training management plan suitable for the Gansu Equity Exchange Center,and proposed relevant safeguard measures for the comprehensive and effective implementation of training management for the Gansu Equity Exchange Center.Through the improvement of training management,the purpose is to provide reference and guidance for the personnel training of Gansu Equity Exchange Center,attract and cultivate more talents for the company,and promote the long-term development and strategic transformation of Gansu Equity Exchange Center in a more efficient and practical way.
