The current compensation system of Gansu Scientific Apparatus Co.,Ltd can not better adapt to the needs of the company's development.State-owned enterprises always have particularity in their management process.The way to determine the compensation system is to determine the distribution of wages through the supervision and influence of policies and regulations.Therefore,the vast majority of state-owned enterprises have both political missions and economic objectives.Political missions determine that they are always subject to the constraints of policies and regulations and the supervision of superior departments in the management process.Enterprises' autonomy is relatively tight.Economic goals determine that enterprises need to closely follow the steps of marketization in the management process,and efficiently complete the tasks of economic indicators,so they need to have powerful human resources as a solid foundation and the ultimate guarantee.There is still room for optimization in human resource management.As an important part of human resource management,compensation management promotes the continuous optimization and improvement of compensation system construction for enterprises themselves.For one thing,the compensation system itself needs to keep pace with The Times,cooperate with the change of various human resource systems,improve its own system to update the operation,so as to solve the contradictions among the internal interests of the enterprise;For another,we should keep up with the level of market competition,and constantly improve the level of human resources.Further step is to promoting enterprises to have more competitive advantages in the market competition.Based on this,the article takes Gansu Scientific Apparatus Co.,Ltd compensation system optimization design as the research object over the salary,compensation system,and the compensation incentive related theory as the foundation.Basing on the current compensation system situation and the existingproblems of Gansu Scientific Apparatus Co.,Ltd for further analysis.The structure of the compensation system and compensation system hierarchy analysis parts to three levels.This paper analyzes the reason of the problem.Finally,the thesis also puts forward corresponding safeguard measures from three aspects of strategy,system and culture,so as to effectively implement the redesigned compensation system.The research of this paper has important guiding significance for the design of the company's future compensation system and can provide reference for the state-owned enterprises in the same industry.
