Abstract/Summary:
Information can enhance the value of enterprise competition,knowledge has also become one of the most important intangible assets of enterpirses,cultural media companies in the information technology rapid development of the new media era,mastering information and management knowledge can not only know that enterprises improve service processes improve service level,but also reflect the direction of the development trend of the whole industry.A large number of facts and relevant literatures show that information management is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of service enterprises,but also an effective means for cultural media companies to break through the bottleneck.However,the rapid development of the new media era has brought many new problems to cultural media enterprises,such as information explosion,personal privacy security,big data marketing and personalized services and other phenomena require enterprises to have a deeper understanding of information management,through precision marketing to improve the service level.At present,the operation mode of ten-point culture is to take the platform business personnel as the core,attract the flow through the free content of the platform and the driving effect of "opinion leader ",carry on the transfer of the paid users through the paid content produced by the platform,collect the information by the platform personnel’s investigation and statistics,and complete the reprocessing and improvement of the paid content through the feedback to the planning group.Although the information platform management under the current mode is operable and has strong autonomy under the control of the experienced planning group,it is not in line with the trend of information management.Through the integration and deployment of information platform in the role of each link,modular management,co-ordination of managernent,personnel,users and product services between the knowledge management,will become the ten-point reading information platform optimization direction.Optimizing the operation process of the information platform in the enterprise can more sensitively grasp the needs of consumers,guide precision marketing,and provide help to break through the challenges and difficulties existing in the current enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to study the operation process of the ten-point reading information platform,analyze the role of the information platform in the operation of the enterprise,draw lessons from the research in the field of precision marketing and knowledge management at home and abroad,analyze the needs and relations of the platform on the basis of the existing information platform,so as to formulate a set of optimization scheme suitable for the ten-point reading information platform,and design practical implementation measures to achieve the goal of effectively improving the management level of the information platform and improving the quality of information service,and put forward a plan to solve the plight of the existing enteprise,and help the ten-point cultural company to achieve the goal of further development.
