| Since 1990 Michael Porter’s proposition of concept of industrial cluster, the industrial factors’ agglomeration effect has done a lot on the economic transition as well as the policies making. Nowadays, along with the needs of the development of the transformation of city industrial structure, a large area of connected industrial factors, which in virtue of related industrial resources, are forming an industrial chain coming down to design development, knowledge transferring, commerce and trade, organization of production, knowledge protection、 financial capital. All these above mentioned have been an important formation as well as the main productive of the areas of creative cluster.Considering of the complexity of information among the enterprise’ cooperation, this paper attempt to put forward an information logic model, exploring the information connection generated by resources organization, operation and management. We also try to use the theory and tools of information visualization to mapping the information connection covered by the "dynamic interaction". Finally, we will propose the methods of information analysis and vision management beingapplying to the future information mining and policies making.This paper attempt to use the methods of design management, Regional Innovation System, information visualization to put forward a logic model that supporting the resources organization of regional creative industry. At same time, we also need to use a creative industrial platform as research tools, exploring the networked feature and properties of cluster under the condition of this on-line platform. After these theoretical researching, we attempt to realize the information analysis and vision management, by using dreamweaver, processing, javascript, photoshop and some other design tools, and consequently come up with the visualization expression that could be using on exploring the internal mechanism and information connection of regional creative cluster. |
