Abstract/Summary:
With the development of information technology, data is playing a more and more important role in the development of the industry. Financial business is facing hitherto unknown opportunities and challenges in the tide of the big data age as an industry which owns a huge number of data. As the representative of financial business, banks have to cope with the rapid rising competition of the network financial on the one hand; on the other hand facing the change of the financial disintermediation and the marketization of the interest rate. Therefore, integrating data of different systems to establish an information platform have become particularly important for the scientific management and marketing.Firstly, this paper introduces the comprehensive management and marketing theories of commercial banks, and takes the administrative decision theory, performance management theory; clients marketing theory; products marketing theory; business system planning;joint marketing theory and channel marketing theory as the theoretical support. Secondly, after an analysis of C branch’s present running and management situation by the questionnaire, it shows that C branch is lack of effective information platform support to the administrative decision and marketing support. Then contrast with management and marketing theory and current operating state to analyze the two main demands of the platform, administrative decision and marketing support. Then reach the design scheme of the Management and Marketing Information Platform, expound term by term from overall objective; design scheme of single module and the supporting measure of the establishment of the platform with the method of BSP. In order to ensure the proper implementation of the Management and Marketing Information Platform the paper elaborated in five respects as data integration, team buildiag, financial support, policy support, and the project management of security measures.This study aims to provide an effective informational instrument for the C branch’s implementation of the fine management, solve problems in the process of that. The study can not only provide a resolution for other branches of CCB, but also provide reference and work as a mirror for other financial industries.
