Equipment is an important asset of an enterprise,and the operation status of the equipment seriously affects the production safety and efficiency of the enterprise.All enterprises are faced with the task of improving equipment reliability and reducing maintenance costs.Implementing appropriate maintenance strategies is the key to improving equipment availability,extending system life,ensuring safe system operation,and reducing enterprise maintenance costs.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the system maintenance strategy and evaluate the maintenance effect.This paper first uses historical fault data to explore the frequent patterns of faults through association rule analysis.On this basis,the model with the minimum maintenance cost as the optimization target is used to obtain the optimal replacement interval of frequent fault patterns.Finally,the model calculation results are combined with group maintenance Thoughts,put forward the best group maintenance recommendations.There is a certain internal relationship between maintenance cost and maintenance quality.Therefore,this study takes the failure intensity variable point of equipment as the entry point,and gives an arithmetic failure intensity reduction model with failure variable point.The model is not only used to evaluate the vehicle maintenance quality,but also compared the evaluation effect of the proposed model with other similar models.This study finally obtained the optimal replacement time interval of multiple sets of IF-THEN rules,and combined with the idea of group maintenance,gave a set of maintenance optimization suggestions for bus companies.The change point-arithmetic failure strength reduction model proposed in this paper has been proved to be scientifically effective after verification and comparison with other models.Combining the research results,we can get two points of management enlightenment: enterprises should use more data-driven as the basis for maintenance management and decision-making optimization;enterprises should pay attention to the failure point of equipment failure when evaluating equipment maintenance quality.In this paper,association rules analysis method is used to successfully explore frequent failure modes using a large amount of historical failure data.Based on the existing optimization model,the optimal replacement time model under special circumstances is given,and a scientific maintenance strategy is proposed based on the group maintenance idea.Based on the idea of failure change point,a model is proposed and the effectiveness of preventive maintenance is effectively evaluated.This research is based on the need to solve practical problems.It is hoped that it will help companies improve the safety and reliability of equipment systems,reduce unplanned maintenance tasks,and reduce the probability of system failures,thereby helping companies to greatly improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs.
