With the rapid development of economic globalization,especially the arrival of big data and Internet in recent years,information sharing is becoming more and more popular.Various resources can be interconnected and Shared.The differentiation between products in the same industry is getting smaller and smaller.Attempts to dominate the market through exclusive resources no longer exist.Enterprises want to survive and develop in the fierce market competition.It is necessary to improve the management ability and operation level of the enterprise,and constantly improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise.Production site is an important part of enterprise operation.It is the starting point of enterprise operation and management activities and the fundamental of enterprise value creation.In a sense,the management level of production site is the key to determine whether an enterprise can make profits.In order to effectively improve the management ability on site,problems must be analyzed and solved from the aspects of personnel,equipment,materials,methods and environment in combination with the current production situation of the enterprise.These elements will be fully integrated in the site,to achieve rational allocation of resources,to achieve stable,efficient site management.It is a pity that most of the domestic enterprises generally have a low level of on-site management,and the production site presents a chaotic state.There is a lot of waste in the production site,and the line is often stopped due to various problems.The enthusiasm of employees is not high,the equipment is not stable,and the production efficiency is not high.Material waste is serious,personnel arrangement is unreasonable and so on many problems exist.The existence of these problems will eventually lead to high production costs,insufficient output,customer complaints and so on.This paper focuses on the improvement of production efficiency in the sulfur-adding workshop of M company.By analyzing the factors affecting the production efficiency in the production process of sulfur-adding workshop at the aspects of personnel,equipment,materials and methods,this paper makes targeted improvement on the production site by making full use of industrial engineering,lean production and other theories.Reduce material waste and wait by implementing FIFO management.Equipment rearrangement,TPM activities reduce equipment maintenance,improve equipment utilization.Reduce personnel and cost by using Two-hand operation improvement and Man-Machine analysis.Performance management,skill assessment and improvement proposal system to motivate employees to participate fully in production activities.Through a series of targeted improvement activities,increased production efficiency,increased output.Achieved cost reduction and efficiency improvement,reduce customer complaints.
