Competition enables enterprises to continuously reduce costs.Lean production has been proved to be an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness and to realize the enterprise strategy,and help the enterprise to realize the differentiation strategy and the low cost production strategy.Lean production by eliminating waste,reduce costs,the implementation of lean management can increase customer satisfaction,improve the company's overall production efficiency,reduce production costs,improve staff morale,it can reduce the investment of resources,so that their products have the competitive advantages in terms of price,in order to increase Plus the profit space of the product,thus keeping the profit of the product to show the trend of continuously increasing.In the paper,the production assembly line of H company was taken as the research object.It focused on the process bottleneck and the time of the mold change,base on the theory of lean production.The research methods went through "finding the problems,analyzing the problems,improving the problems,confirming the effectiveness and consolidating the action".In the second chapter of this paper,Study the theory of lean production and lean production relate articles.Indroduced the scholars how to recongnize,understand and apply the lean production.Deeply study on lean production in theory.In the third chapter,Introduced H company the current situation of lean production and the organization development.Focused on the main problems of the production assembly line,which was the bottleneck of the process and the time of the mold change.Analysed the four bottleneck process by value-added activities,through the operation cycle calculation,using lean production tools of motion analysis,image analysis.The paper analyzed the five main problems of the assembly line based on the theory of quick die mold change,In the fourth chapter,based on the analysis of the problems in the third chapter,the lean prodction improvement activities were applied in the assembly line and confirmed effectiveness.The fifth chapter try to find out the insufficient application of lean production of H company by lean production evaluation system,Taken the corresponding strengthening methods to do further improvement.The paper focus on the practice of lean production and operation.Hope it can provide practical reference for the similar electronic manufacturing industry.
