Non-dairy Creamer,also called as coffee mate,natural boosted the growth of coffee cream consumption grew rapidly,in addition to the super in recent years,nestle,kiwi,Kerry high-brand creamer producers such as capacity expansion,continuously introduce market demand for a variety of categories,the meteoric rise of private enterprises,actively strive for the high-brand market competition,as the new food safety law,planting the fat end industry has set off a round of price war,on the one hand behind it is many enterprises before the implementation of the new regulations to sell products do not conform to the requirements of the regulations,on the other hand,a slowing economy also brings consumer demand growth is slowing,many companies seize market by lowering prices.Some mainstream vegetable fat producers do not want to join the price war,force the high-brand market,the production of more nutritious and healthier vegetable fat powder raw materials become the development direction of enterprises.J group is an example.The development goal of M in the next five years is to become the no.1 dairy factory in Asia from the aspects of quality,output,cost,management,market development ability and customer service ability.But the market competition is brutal,facing more and more brutal competition in the market,how to survive in the invincible position cream market,reduce production costs has become the fundamental approach in M company after took into account lots of challenges and vigorously promote the MOS system,Thru optimizing production management,to reduce the production process of the raw material loss,energy loss,the loss of machine and artificial man-hours,thus to reduce the production cost.This article research focused on the cost production improving,first described in detail about production cost control present situation and problems in M company.In order to solve the problem systematically,away from the precedent,firstly analyzes the main factors which caused the cost of production,then use some tools and methods to analyze the root cause for the factors one by one,raw materials,Human resources,energy consumption,fixed costs and packaging costs.This article mentioned that M integrate each related department to set up work organization to try to reduce the production cost,a clear division of labor and responsibilities,and then many times brainstorming,with the help of some of the lean production and management tools,DMAIC,SMED and MASS BALANCE,to analyzed the main loss points and found the root causes,so as to make feasible action plans.Provide a scientific and reliable way for the company or other companies in the same industry to control the cost in the future,minimize the production cost or keep the growth.It is of great significance to take an active part in the cost control decision of M enterprise,providing new ideas for the research on cost control of food processing enterprises,broadening the scope of cost control,and making up and improving the relevant theories of cost control.
