The competition of modern companies is the competition of talents.On one hand,whether the companies can get excellent talents;on the other hand,whether the companies can make good use of talents they already have,whether it is possible to train and develop the existing human resources of the companies to the maximum extent,and tap the potential human resources of the companies.That is why training has been recognized and valued by many successful or fast-growing companies.No matter the product development strategy,industrial development strategy,technological innovation strategy or organizational structure strategy in the enterprise development strategy,the human resource development strategy is inseparable.To face the challenges of globalized,high-quality,and efficient work systems,to improve the overall strength of the companies,it cannot work without the high-level and high-quality staffs.ST is a company that mainly provides electronic manufacturing services,printed circuit boards and complete product services for computer peripheral parts,automotive industry,home appliances and office electronics,consumer and industrial products manufacturers.This paper based on relevant theories of human resource management,training methods of domestic and foreign companies,and use relevant theories to solve the problems which lays on employee trainings of ST Company.First,analyze the problems and the reasons for that by questionnaire survey methods and interview methods.Then,on the basis of ST Company's development strategy and the training needs of employees to clarified the guiding ideology and principles,and the process for the construction of training system.Finally,design and build an efficient employee training system,it could enable the companies to conduct their trainings orderly and systematic,to improve knowledge level and work skills of employees,and managerial level and innovative abilities of managers,and it could improve the competitiveness of the companies either.As an important part of human resource development,the construction of employee training system plays a very important role in management activities.To design and construct an efficient employee training system is of great significance to ST Company.It can make ST's employee training not only stay at the specific operational level,but also raise the training to the strategic level,linking it with the company's development strategy,guiding ST Company to find the right point in the implementation of employee training.It can make the training more systematic,more targeted,standardized and reasonable.Promote performance growth and steady development of the company by constructing an efficient and perfect training system.
