The financial management mode of an enterprise has a profound influence on the business strategy of the enterprise and plays a leading role in the development direction of the enterprise.After years of continuous exploration and research,people gradually found that the efficient centralized financial management mode has become the world's advanced modern enterprises preferred financial management mode.YC bank branch of Jilin province in order to survive in the fierce competition and development,and ensure that enterprises obtain the operating results of an ideal and truthful and accurate financial data,YC bank in Jilin province branch decided to radical reform of the enterprise financial management,which instead of the original old financial management mode,select effective financial centralized management mode.In April 2017,YC Jilin branch officially operated the centralized financial management mode,established the main operating mechanisms such as centralized accounting and unified payment,and centralized the financial accounting,reimbursement payment and other authorities of the 51 branches in the province to the provincial branch level.Looking back at Chinese scholars' literature and research on centralized financial management,it is not difficult to find that most of the studies in the academic circle focus on production enterprises,that is,the application of the basic knowledge of centralized financial management in manufacturing enterprises,ignoring the practical application of centralized financial management mode in the banking industry.Therefore,analyzing the current situation,existing problems and countermeasures of financial centralized management of YC branch in Jilin province from the aspects of financial workflow can be a positive reference for the development of financial management of commercial Banks.Under the joint efforts of finance department colleagues at all levels of Jilin branch of YC bank,under the difficulties of imperfect system operation,imperfect related system,insufficient staff and actual experience,the financial management has changed from obsolete to centralized financial managementwith the goal of becoming a listed bank.In this paper,the author selected the YC bank branch of Jilin province as the research object of this paper,the study of financial centralized management,in accordance with the "found that the problem-the research problem-problem solving" the overall planning,analyzing the problems found,targeted to find the countermeasures to solve the problem,complete the listed target to achieve rapid development enterprise to establish a new financial management mode to provide a strong basis.The first part mainly describes the introduction of the whole paper,which clarifies the research background and significance of the whole paper as well as the research content and methods,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and finally proposes the innovation of the research as an important component of the research topic of this paper.The second part elaborates the relevant theoretical concepts of centralized financial management.This part focuses on the theoretical system of centralized financial management,which is also the most important theoretical basis.The third part describes the current situation and existing problems of YC Jilin branch after centralized financial management.The fourth part is the solution to the problem of financial centralized management of YC Jilin branch.The fifth part describes the guarantee measures to ensure the successful implementation of the financial centralized management strategy of YC Jilin branch,and provides a strong guarantee for the improvement of the financial centralized management from the aspects of organization and system.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.It summarizes all the arguments in this paper and draws the final conclusion.At last,it clarifies the deficiencies of this paper and puts forward the prospect of further research.
