The establishment and application of the financial management mode which relate to the existence and development of the business enterprise group directly, is very important to management efficiency and the establishment of core competencies. Xi'an Kunlun Industrial Group Ltd, a large business enterprise group that is engaged in producing soldier articles, has followed the financial management mode of factory system for years. Such a mode has resulted in low financial management efficiency and poor outcome. So it counts much to have a research of the finance management mode.This paper tries to begin with existing problems in the old financial management mode, combining the related finance management theories with the author's many years practice in the financial department of that company , as to optimize the finance management style of the company. The research of this topic has certain senses in theories and practices as well. This paper carries out an application and examination of financial management knowledge at the aspect of theories, and it provides certain guides in optimizing financial management mode and in promoting the development of the company at the aspect of practice.Large business enterprises, for the sake of existence and development, apply capital management means such as consociation, annex, control and holding shares in order to develop business into large and strong enterprise group, which have the character of multi-profession, multi-section and multi-form. Such processes have brought the financial management many new problems, such as how to normalize group artificial person management structure, how to handle the relation between the group centralization and the cent power, how to realize an internal finance, how to enhance the group finance supervision and how to assign group profits etc. The establishment and application of the financial management mode relates to the existence of the business enterprise group directly.The financial management mode of the large business enterprise group is a wide and difficult problem which stresses on both theories and practices. Moreover, because of the speciality of our country's large enterprise groups this paper mainly adopts comparison and qualitative analysis in certain aspects. Through analyzing the management modes of enterprise groups the author tries to investigate the inside regulation and objective request of enterprise group financial management at present stage, as to built up and optimize an advanced efficient business enterprise group financial management mode which is suitable to international competition. Currently local and most financial management modes of enterprise groups not yet fit the inside request of the business enterprise group management completely, hindering the competition ability and the development of the enterprise group. Therefore establishing an enterprise group financial management mode that adapts to the conditions of current stage is an initial problem that an enterprise group has to resolve.
