The momentums of developments of transnational operation and enterprise group are particularly notable. Enterprise group is the representative of advanced productivity as modern high-grade enterprise joint form, the newest performance of production and capital accumulation scale, the source of industrial technical progress, the embodiment and the foundation of national economic strength. Establish enterprise groups, is an important economic policy that world countries develop national economy. In our country, when developing the background of market economy vigorously, the meaning of enterprise group is more profound. From this, paying attention to the problem of financial management of enterprise groups have become the urgent needs and the important content of theoretical research and management practice.The prosperity of enterprise can't leave from the support of the system of financial management, however, it is now theoretical that the research of circle for the pattern of financial management still far falls behind the needs of the situation of economic growth, hasn't a kind of pattern grow up according to enterprise different stages carry out guidance management pattern for it. According to the present situation, this paper puts forward enterprise base group to notice to adjust and transform its system and strategy at the right moment in the process of financial management, makes enterprise system be in eternal change and evolution. On the organization structure and pattern of business management have no eternity not change, the whole world all ran unify pattern, they because of time, because of location, because of person different, is also the method that changes with right, assurance enterprise is in organization under the influence of internal and external environmental change make adaptability reaction.Based on the above perspective, this article briefly discusses the following issues: (1) analysis the current status of our business groups, including the content, the courses of development, functions, status, problems;(2) focus on the financial management models of the modern enterprise groups, introduced authoritarian style, decentralized and under the guidance of its core company decentralized model;(3) based on the corporate lifecycles to establish a dynamic financial management model;(4) the main content and function of this kind of financial management model.
