NC Company is a legal tender enterprise.With the rapid development of non-cash payment,the printing of physical currency has had a great impact.In recent years,the company put forward "one body,two wings" strategy layout,bring industrial tourism into the planning system,with a view to improving the overall efficiency of enterprises,optimizing the industrial structure,disseminating corporate culture,polishing the company brand.This paper adopts the method of Case Analysis and Literature Review to clarify the development dilemma and the urgency of transformation and upgrading of printing enterprises.Based on the theory of strategic management and the demands of the enterprise itself,this paper analyzes and studies this problem from the perspective of industrial tourism,clarifies the development path,and puts forward the development strategy,direction,goal,focus and implementation strategy of Industrial Tourism of NC company,to guide the transformation and upgrading of NC Company,and to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the current stage and state of industrial tourism development,and puts forward the concrete research contents and methods around the research problems.Secondly,the paper combs the theoretical background of the previous research,defines the concept,types and characteristics of industrial tourism,and analyzes the theoretical basis of the research,including industrial convergence theory,life cycle theory and strategic management analysis tools.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of NC's industrial tourism marketing by in-depth interview and AHP-SWOT model,and points out the direction of enterprise's development.Finally,under the guidance of the company's Development Strategy,we use the STP theory to construct the marketing strategy,and use the 7P theory to make the concrete development strategy,so as to promote the healthy development of the Industrial Tourism of NC company,it provides reference for resource-based cities and industry transformation under the background of "reducing production capacity and adjusting structure".
