Research On The Measurement Of Energy Efficiency In Henan City Under Environmental Constraints

As an important strategic resource for national economic and social development,energy plays a vital role in the development of the modern economy.However,due to the extensive consumption of energy,it has brought tremendous pressure on the environment.At present,the contradiction between environment and resources has become increasingly prominent.As an important economic province and a large population province in China,Henan is also under the dual pressure of energy and environment in the process of economic and social development.How to improve energy efficiency,reduce pollutant emissions,and achieve coordinated development of energy,environment and economy have become the top priority of Henan’s future social development.Based on the perspective of energy efficiency and environmental constraints in Henan city,improving the level of urban energy efficiency and gradually reducing the difference in energy efficiency between cities has been systematically studied,which has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the comprehensive strength and improving its ability to develop green of Henan.Firstly,the theory and significance of the topic and the related theories of energy efficiency were elaborated.At the same time,the economic development status,energy utilization status and environmental pollution status of Henan were summarized and analyzed to find out the current urban development in Henan.On this basis,the main research contents and framework of the thesis are put forward.Secondly,based on the2007-2016 panel data of Henan,the SBM-Undesirable model was used to measure and analyze the energy efficiency of energy in Henan city under environmental constraints,and find out the differences in energy efficiency time and space and the main problems that restrict the improvement of energy efficiency in Henan city.On this basis,the relevant policies and recommendations for improving urban energy efficiency were proposed.Finally,through the construction of the Tobit regression model of the factors affecting energy efficiency under environmental constraints in Henan city,the influencing factors were empirically studied to find out the magnitude and direction of the effects of various influencing factors on energy efficiency.Based on the above theoretical research,a series of development guidelines,policies and recommendations,such as regional differentiation,optimized resource allocation and energy utilization structure,have been proposed to provide rational suggestions for Henan to continue to lay a solid foundation for transformation and development.
