Farmer professional cooperatives are farmers in the household contract responsibility system,based on the voluntary establishment of the joint experience of production and sales and other links,enhancing their own strength,resistance to production,market risk,and ultimately access to common interests.Farmers 'professional cooperatives can greatly increase the efficiency of farmers,promote rural infrastructure and economic and industrial development,and solve the problem of farmers' employment.There are many types of development and practice of farmers' professional cooperatives in Fufeng County,and depth study of the development model of farmers 'professional cooperatives in Fufeng County could explore the problems in the development of cooperatives,and to find solutions and countermeasures for various problems,to give full play to the role of cooperatives,to further promote rural development,increase farmers' income and promote Industry development.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Cooperatives are widely distributed,covering a total of the Fufeng County,169 administrative villages,including planting farmers professional cooperatives for all the major categories of cooperatives.Planting farmers professional cooperatives accounted for more than 40% of the proportion in the 2013 and 2014.The development of farmer professional cooperatives is still in its infanc.2.According to the different main body of the Fufeng County Cooperative can be divided into four types,namely,farmers autonomous type,professional leadership type,grassroots cadres founded,leading enterprises driven.3.At present,the status quo of peasant professional cooperatives in Fufeng County of Shaanxi Province is still at the stage of development.The internal operation mechanism of cooperatives still needs to be further improved,and still has a great gap compared with other areas where the development of farmer cooperatives is good,There are a lot of problems such as small scale,low level of management and member culture,lack of cooperative functions,lack of operation,lack of financial support,poor development of cooperatives and other issues.4.To promote the better development of cooperatives,farmer professional cooperatives in Fufeng County should further improve the cooperative system,improve the financial management of cooperatives,multi-channel financing,strengthen brand awareness,seize the opportunity in the process of development.This research is based on the research on the development of Fufeng County Cooperative,and summarizes the development model of farmers' professional cooperatives in Fufeng County,find out the problems in the development of cooperatives and put forward the countermeasures.In order to achieve better serve the broad masses of the people and to promote and promote the goal of rural economic development,Shaanxi Province,Fufeng County,still need to continue to continue to promote the development of farmer professional cooperatives.Government-related functional departments should pay more attention to the farmers professional cooperatives,and fundamentally solve the existing problems of cooperatives,and create a favorable environment to promote Fufeng County farmers cooperatives and agricultural sustainable development.
