Research On The Relationship Between Corporate Technology Resources, Business Intelligence, Analytical Capabilities, And Corporate Performance

The era of digital economy is quietly approaching.Technological changes such as 5G,artificial intelligence and digital currency have promoted the occurrence of major changes not seen in a century,and continuously impacted the survival rules of enterprises.Standing at the height of global perspective,focusing on the cutting-edge technology dividend brought by digitalization has become the key for enterprises to effectively participate in the competition in the global economy.At present,many enterprises have invested technology resources in order to quickly obtain market information and respond to the increasingly fierce market competition.Unfortunately,the relationship between technology resources and enterprise performance is not the only one.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem for scholars to find out how enterprises can achieve capacity transformation and obtain enterprise performance in the fluctuating digital environment.As a capability lever,Business Intelligence and Analytic(BI&A)capability can transform the basic development factors of an enterprise into its core competence,which will not only bring excellent corporate performance to the enterprise,but also provide an important guarantee for the enterprise to cultivate its core competence and maintain its competitiveness in the increasingly fierce competitive environment.Based on the existing research on technical resources,competition intensity and BI&A capability,this study proposes a theoretical model based on resources,competition and BI&A capability.Through the questionnaire survey of 278 enterprises in Henan province and the analysis of the questionnaire results of 209 enterprises,it is found that the technical resources of enterprises can promote the significant growth of enterprise performance.BI&A capability plays an intermediary role in the relationship between technical resources and enterprise performance.Competition intensity moderates the relationship between technical resources and enterprise performance,and also moderates the relationship between technical resources and BI&A capability.The research results of this paper not only enrich and expand the theoretical research of resource-based theory and dynamic capability,but also provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to cultivate their core competitiveness in digital practice from the perspective of BI&A capability.
