| After high-speed extensive growth,Chinese economy began to enter the transformation and upgrading stage.Commercial circulation industry which is the basic and leading industry in economic industrial structure can optimize the national economy through horizontal flow.At the same time,the scientific technical service enterprises of commercial circulation industry promoted the rapid rise of Chinese e-commerce industry through innovation,triggered and supported the reform of the traditional commercial circulation industry.Therefore,under the current economic environment,the innovation of the scientific technical service enterprises of commercial circulation industry is beneficial to the transformation and upgrading of the national economy and the entry of new normal economy.However,more and more significant market dynamics and technological dynamics make the innovation risk coefficient higher.How to make these enterprises develop and improve innovation performance through knowledge management capability in a more turbulent environment of future becomes an urgent problem to be solved.At the same time,the existing research results show that knowledge management ability is an important factor driving innovation.However,the mechanism of knowledge management capacity to promote the innovation performance of enterprises is not clear.There may be a black box.Moreover,research on the connotation and composition of the knowledge management capacity concept is more scattered and controversial,and there is little research on the specific enterprises in China.Fortunately,the organizational intelligence theory provides a perspective to open the black box that knowledge management capabilities to innovative performance.Because the existing research results show that organizational intelligence has a positive impact on the improvement of enterprise innovation ability,and knowledge management activities is a key factor in the formation of organizational intelligence.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the following three aspects:(1)Using the exploratory single case study based on the rooted theory to take root the dimensional structure of knowledge management capacity,and the theoritical relationship among knowledge management ability,organization intelligence and innovation performance;(2)Explore the mechanism of knowledge management ability on innovation performance;(3)Explore the mediating role of organizational intelligence in the relationship between knowledge management capability and innovation performance.Firstly,this paper summarized the research results of knowledge management capability organizational intelligence and others.Secondly,use exploratory case study with Alibaba as the object to build up the relational theory of this study.Thirdly,according to the results of 53 small sample tests,the formal questionnaire is established.Finally,203 sample data obtained through questionnaire survey was used to do multivariate statistics to test the hypothesizes by R and Mplus7.4.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:in terms of the scientific technical service enterprises of commercial circulation industry:(1)knowledgemanagement capability includes three dimensions:knowledge fundamental capability,knowledge transfer capability and knowledge application capability;(2)knowledge transfer capability and knowledge application capability have significant positive effects on the innovation performance;(3)the three dimensions of knowledge management capability have significant positive effects on the organizational intelligence;(4)organizational intelligence plays a wholly mediation role in the relationship between knowledge fundamental capability and innovation performance,and play a partial mediation role in the relationship between knowledge transfer capability and innovation performance,as well as between knowledge application capability and innovation performance. |
