Research On Promotion Of Industrial Technical Innovation Capability Of Chongqing Automobile Spare Parts

Automobile industry is the first pillar industry of Chongqing, and it's the main growth point of Chongqing's economy. The 3rd State Department Document had positioned Chongqing as the important Modern Manufacturing Base of the State. According to the Plan of Restructuring and Promotion of Automobile Industry, Chongqing is one of the pivot cities of the national automobile industry. The development of the automobile industry is based on the automobile spare parts industry, so the technical innovation capability of the automobile industry is determined by the technical innovation capability of the automobile spare parts industry.After study on the related technical innovation theory, analysis of the status quo and draw lessons from the experience of the development of automobile spare parts industry both inland and abroad, we create the evaluation indices system of the technical innovation capability of automobile spare parts industry. We integrated the advantages of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN), set the weight of the indices scientifically and systemically. Combined with the analysis of the related data of Chongqing automobile spare parts industry during 2005 to 2009, we finally set the level of the technical innovation capability of Chongqing automobile spare parts industry.In the end, based on the analysis of the status quo and causation of the technical innovation capability of Chongqing automobile spare parts industry, we bring forward the main automobile spare parts industry which Chongqing should pay more attention to develop, at the same time, we pertinently put forward the countermeasures to improve the technical innovation capability of Chongqing automobile spare parts industry as a reference to the decision making department when they are making policies.The whole article, based on the promotion of technical innovation capability of Chongqing automobile spare parts industry, take on quantitive and qualitative analysis in five aspects, and adopt the AHP and ANN together the first time in this area. We hope it can be provided as reference in the following research, and to help the technical upgrade of Chongqing automobile industry.
