Supply side in the country in recent years under the actively promote structural reform,the rapid growth market demand for the development of the condiment enterprises created good condition at present,the condiment industry has become an annual sales of billions of big market,the industry of small products,big market pattern was formed Haitian flavor industry as the leading enterprises,in 2018 sales revenue of 17.034 billion yuan,18.14% of the enterprise of industry sales revenue,production volume for 20 years in the same industry leading,it serves to show its influence in the industry of Haitian flavor industry financial analysis to the enterprise and condiment industry has important significance.In our country,financial statement analysis has become an important way of numerous stakeholders to obtain financial information,and Harvard Analytical Framework of the enterprise strategic analysis and financial statement analysis is effective in combination with the current financial structure is more rigorous analysis theory,applied and strong financial analysis framework,it is paying attention to financial accounting data,and also to integrate the financial and accounting data.Therefore,many scholars at home and abroad have made scientific analysis,reasonable forecast and put forward many targeted Suggestions on listed companies in various industries through the Harvard Analytical Framework.It is against this background,this paper select condiment industry leading company Haitian flavor industry as the research object of the paper,through the Harvard analysis framework of Haitian flavor industry to conduct a comprehensive financial analysis,on the one hand,push forward enterprise reform,improve the enterprise's own strength and the resistance risk ability,on the other hand provide reference information for other condiment enterprises,so as to promote the development of the condiment industry.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part firstly introduces the research background and significance of the paper,then summarizes the research status at home and abroad to lead to the writing direction of the paper,and finally introduces the research ideas,research methods and innovative points of the paper.The second part expounds the financial analysis theory and the theory of Harvard Analytical Framework,including the content,methods and limitations of traditional financial analysis and Harvard Analytical Framework theory.The third part is the main part of the paper,mainly using the Harvard Analytical Framework from four levels of analysis,the application of the Harvard Analytical Framework to specific enterprises.The first is the strategic analysis,mainly for the condiment industry analysis,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis.The second is the accounting analysis,on the asset quality and liability quality analysis.Again for financial analysis,the ratio analysis method and factor analysis method are used to carry out a detailed analysis of the capabilities of various aspects of the enterprise,and the comparison of Haitian industry with the competitive enterprises is made to measure the position of Haitian industry in the industry.Finally,the prospect analysis,the enterprise's future development of the forecast and analysis.The fourth part summarizes the problems existing in the Haitian flavor industry from different perspectives and puts forward specific Suggestions to provide effective reference for the Haitian flavor industry and the whole seasoning industry.The fifth part draws the conclusion according to the above analysis.The innovation of this paper is to enrich the content of the analysis framework by adding the factor analysis method in the financial analysis and the exponential smoothing method in the perspective analysis.Through the analysis,it is found that Haitian has implemented the brand differentiation strategy,cost leadership strategy and product differentiation strategy,strengthened the investment in science and technology,and built its own enterprise brand by virtue of years of accumulation in the seasoning industry with a good reputation.Accounting policy selection in line with the industry conditions and accounting standards;Financial information quality with reliability and authenticity;The management level of accounts receivable,inventory and fixed assets is high.The short-term debt paying ability of the enterprise is good,the operation ability and the development ability are strong,the asset turnover speed is good,the enterprise development prospect is considerable.However,there are also deficiencies in the Haitian industry,the main problem is the unreasonable product structure;Reduced profitability;The turnover rate of total assets decreased year by year,and the benefit of enterprise assets investment decreased.The long-term solvency index is too high and the capital structure is unreasonable.In view of the above problems,some Suggestions are put forward,such as continuously promoting the strategic deployment of product differentiation andinternationalization,enhancing the long-term and short-term solvency,and strengthening the utilization of idle funds.
