Under the influence of industrial Internet and innovation-driven development strategy,the new technologies,new models and new formats of various industries are emerging,and such innovation-driven development also penetrates into the logistics and supply chain industries.With the influx of more and more capital and the innovation enterprise,it has affected and impacted the traditional logistics and supply chain industry,and also led enterprises in the industry began to looking for new ways of enterprise development that are compatible with environmental changes and their own features.HG company is a traditional local logistics company located in Shenzhen.After nearly 20 years of growth and development,the company has become the top ten local logistics company in South China and has a certain influence in the industry.In recent years,in order to better adapt to changes in the market and industry environment,HG has also embarked on the path of exploration and development.This paper selects the business sector of HG company as the research object,explores the internal and external environmental changes of the enterprise,finds the problems on organizational structure of the business sector,and makes the organizational change solution for the problem.In the paper,the theories of organization and organizational changes has been reviewed,as well as the development process of HG company and the organizational structure evolution of business sector of HG company.According to the diagnosis of the division of business sector,departmental functions and management authorities,the paper makes complete organizational change plan to solve these problems.Finally,the paper analyzes the detailed plan to promote the organizational change of the business sector,meanwhile,makes various contingency plans to secure the steady advancement of organizational changes.In accordance with the procedure of discovering problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,the paper comprehensively analysis the existed problems of organizational structure of business factor of HG company,considering with the background of strategic transformation of HG company,formulate the complete organizational change plan including the organizational structure,business division,departmental functions,management dimension of authority allocation and some supporting measures for human resources.The organizational change plan for business factor for HG company defined the overall ideas,concepts,main measures and corresponding measures to secure organizational change.Through the organizational change and optimization of business sector of HG company,in order to improve the overall operational efficiency,and to enhance the competitiveness of business sector.Meanwhile it shall be expected to bring positive impact and reference to the development&organizational change of peer companies in the industry.
