With the rapid development of information technology such as the Internet,cloud computing,and big data,many new industries have emerged.These industries not only bring many new opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs,but also for the economic growth of China's SMEs.Provide new opportunities.From a single integrated business,KEYTEC has gradually grown into a provider of soft and hard integrated solutions in the fields of smart education,smart government,smart environmental protection,technology finance,health care,and cultural football.With the continuous deepening of the traditional enterprise Internet transformation in all areas of the enterprise,enterprises must optimize and innovate the existing traditional organizational management models and methods to adapt to the rapid development of enterprise management requirements under the new form.Through understanding the industry environment of IT system integration,market changes and KEYTEC's strategic goals,this paper conducts research on KEYTEC and analyzes the organizational structure problems encountered by KEYTEC,mainly because the existing organizational structure is inconsistent with the company's business strategy.The existing organizational structure failed to support the strategy of building product competitiveness.The functions of the headquarters functional departments were weakened,the organizational operation rules were absent,and the department and job responsibilities were unclear.In view of the organizational structure problems encountered by KEYTEC,combined with the KEYTEC company strategy and the actual situation of KEYTEC,a set of targeted organizational structure optimization schemes was designed,and the implementation scheme was designed to ensure the effective implementation of the organizational structure optimization scheme.From the KEYTEC company's organizational system diagnosis and post-plan design process,some concepts in organizational structure design were clarified,and it is hoped to provide some reference for the future development of KEYTEC and other organizational changes of the same type of company.
