In recent years,research on psychological capital has received more and more attention.Psychological capital is regarded as a key factor to improve the level of employee input and improve corporate performance.From the perspective of resource conservation theory and social infection theory,this paper hopes to solve whether team psychological capital can promote the improvement of team collective job satisfaction.The relationship between the various dimensions of the team's psychological capital on the team's collective job satisfaction,and whether the team-level psychological capital and collective job satisfaction affect the work input at the individual level.Based on the theory of “input-procedure-output” in performance management,this paper regards team psychological capital as a kind of resources that can be invested.The process of improving team collective job satisfaction is regarded as the process of input resource processing,and the work input Increased enthusiasm and improved team performance are seen as outputs.The concept,theoretical basis,structural dimension and empirical research of the four core variables of team psychological capital,team collective job satisfaction,job input and team performance are reviewed.Based on this,the hypothesis is made based on the research objectives of this paper.Collecting and statistical analysis were used as research tools.Based on the pre-investigation,391 questionnaires were collected and tested for reliability and validity,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis,structural equation model test and mediation effect test.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Team psychological capital as a high-order core construct does exist and can play a stronger role than the four dimensions;(2)There are differences in the influence of each sub-dimension on the intermediary and outcome variables,team resilience And the team hopes to show good explanatory ability;(3)Team collective job satisfaction plays a part in mediating the influence of team psychological capital on employee's work input.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper gives the psychological capital of the hotel industry development team,focusing on improving the team's resilience and team's hopes,and hopes to provide theoretical and practical support for the benign development of the hotel service industry and the improvement of competitiveness.
