Research On Current Strategy Of B&B Tourism Development In Dapeng New District Of Shenzhen City

With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of material living standards,the huge demand for tourism and leisure life has driven the rapid development of the domestic tourism industry.As the tourism industry of the B&B continues to develop,B&B tourism,as an important component of tourism development,has gradually attracted the attention of the academic community.In recent years,Dapeng New District,located at the easternmost point of Shenzhen,has vigorously developed tourism based on its good location conditions and high-quality tourism resources.And gradually formed a tourism industry chain represented by the characteristic B&B tourism.B&B is an entry point for the development of tourism and a key point for the development of tourism in Dapeng New District.How to further improve the tourism development strategy of Dapeng New District B&B is of great significance to the development of tourism in Dapeng New District.This paper collects a large number of first-hand tourism development materials in Dapeng New District,and conducts on-the-spot visits to tourism-related enterprises,scenic spots,and tourism administrative departments,and takes interviews with tourists,tourism companies,front-line staff and main person in charge of tourism management departments.Also,this paper conducts researchs based on relevant survey data of the hotel operators and tourists from three levels: tourists,operators,managers,and four aspects: government policy,industry autonomy,management issues,cultural experience,to analyze problems arising from the development process,and proposed the strategy of promoting the development of B&B tourism in Dapeng New District: first,government policy guides,supervises and regulates operations;second,promote overall service development through industry autonomy;third,establish brand awareness and build boutique B&Bs;fourth,use local tourism resources to create highlights.As the current research on the B&B tourism development in Dapeng New District is rare,and this study selects the Dapeng New District's B&B tourism industry as a whole for research,the following up research can be deepened from the representative of B&B tourism development in Dapeng New District for further discussion.
