In recent years,with the improvement of people's economic level,the domestic tourism industry has been developed rapidly in the hot market environment,the tourism market of consumption will increase.In this hot market background,tourism agency in which the fire can not be underestimated.Their service quality determines not only the customer quality of tourism,but also China's tourism industry and brand image.It is opening the tourism industry of the window,its service quality has become a consistent attention to the tourism people.Travel service level depends on the satisfaction of tourists who enjoy the specific service process.So the evaluation of the travel agency is the embodiment of tourists travel service.So it is an important factor in the service level.This paper choose the study of literature which include service content,service quality and customer satisfaction.And the tour guide,industry management and tourism enthusiasts are conducted field visits.Combined with the actual market survey results,it can optimize the discussion in the current evaluation system of the travel agency.According to this evaluation system,this paper designs a customer satisfaction survey,which includes six important indicators: the tour guide service,travel arrangement service,guide auxiliary services,tangible evidence service.The author investigated some of the tourists in Hubei province.Statistical analysis of the survey results by using SPSS software.It is to research customer satisfaction level of overall travel service projects,and the influence of customer satisfaction on loyalty of the travel agency.According to the research results,the evaluation of passenger service quality of travel agency is mainly reflected by the five service attributes,which are assurance,reliability,sensitivity,responsiveness,empathy,and the main attributes of customer satisfaction are the reliability and reliability.From the external stimulus of travel agency,"arrangements in advance” of service evaluation of the customer in the travel agency six service satisfaction structure are the lowest.The tourists are mainly feel better with the foreground and the specific facilities services.The main and auxiliary service and the tour guide service arrangement is the key to influence the tourist satisfaction degree.
