Since the 1990 s,China's education and training industry has gradually expanded,and a large number of extracurricular training institutions have emerged.The market has gradually formed a competitive landscape of “double giants(good future,new east)+regional leaders + local institutions”.This industry is emerging in China,and the developing speed is dramatic,most training institutions are still small and medium-sized and do not have a sound management system.Education and training institution A is a comprehensive education and training institution covering kindergarten to university graduation.It belongs to the ranks of local institutions in the market.During the past 20 years of development,manager has been increasingly aware of the importance of human resource management for an institution.In the long run,the lack of manpower reserves,the lack of systematic management,and standardization have become vital factors that restrict the further development of education and training institutions A.In order to adapt to the requirements of the development of this industry,and following the era of fierce competition,it is necessary to carry out research on human resource management.Based on the theory of competency matching,competency theory and incentive theory,this paper takes the current situation of human resources of education and training institutions A as the research objection.According to the six modules of human resource management,namely human resource planning,recruitment and recruitment,development and training,salary and welfare management,performance management and labor relations,this paper analyzed the current situation of human resources management in education and training institutions A,and generated some confusion,such as how long does it take for manpower reserve planning to achieve results,how to efficiently recruit suitable talents,how to improve employee productivity,and how to improve employee motivation through analysis.In order to understand which modules have problems,the grassroots employees of the organization were surveyed to investigate the satisfaction.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results,the human resource management problems mainly existed in human resource planning,recruitment and recruitment,development and training.In order to further clarify the fundamental problems,the interview investigations for middle managers have been conducted and analyzed the information from the interviews.The results of the comprehensive questionnaire survey and interview surveys concluded that the education training institutions A mainly had four problems,including the outdated concepts of managers,lacking of reasonable stock of manpower,lacking of a comprehensive recruitment and recruitment system,and lacking of long-term effective training mechanisms.By analyzing the causes of these problems,the author has proposed a specific set of optimization strategies for solving the human resource management problems faced by education and training institutions A based on the logic of the basic principles of human resource management,which is mainly aimed at changing the management awareness of senior management personnel,establishing a reasonable manpower reserve plan,standardizing the recruitment system and establishing a long-term effective training system.In the survey stage,this paper adopts a combination of questionnaire survey and interview survey,attempts to investigate two different types of employees,and applies the theory of human resource management to fully analyze the fundamental problems of human resource management in education and training institutions A.However,there are still research gaps in the combination of optimization strategies and the overall strategy of the organization.It is hoped that through the introduction of these optimization measures,it will make certain contributions to the development of education and training institutions A,and also provide reference for the optimization of human resources management for educational institutions with similar situations.
