In the wake of the continuous progress of the society and the continuous development of the economy,the supervision consciousness of the broad masses of the people is also constantly increasing.Therefore,building an open,transparent,standardized and rigorous government performance management system has become an urgent need to adapt to the general trend of government management reform.As an important economic management and tax law enforcement department of the country,in order to adapt to the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the tax department must also continuously improve the integration and utilization of resources,and strengthen the work efficiency and the overall quality of cadres and workers.In-depth study of performance management is an inevitable requirement of the reform of the national tax and land tax collection system under the new situation,and is also a powerful driving force to promote the modernization of taxation.Taking the tax bureau of Kerqin Zuoyi County as an example,the paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of performance management of the tax bureau of Kerqin Zuoyi County,and grasps the experience and achievements of the tax bureau of Kerqin Zuoyi County since it carried out the performance management work.By means of the analysis of the source and background of the research topic,the concept and significance of performance management,and the current situation of performance management of Tax Bureau of Kerqin Zuoyi County,the paper finds out the imperfections of performance management of Tax Bureau of Kerqin Zuoyi County in the current system: the ideological understanding needs to be further improved,the setting of indicators is still unreasonable,the incentive mechanism with clear rewards and punishments is not enough,and the performance system is not running smoothly,etc.In order to solve these problems,this paper combines literature research,comparative analysis,case analysis and other research methods to deeply analyze the root causes of the problems existing in the performance management of Tax Bureau of Kerqin Zuoyi County,and then to explore the relevant countermeasures to build a scientific system and an efficient performance management system.The research results of this paper have certain guiding significance for Tax Bureau of Kerqin Zuoyi County to continuously improve the evaluation system of performance management,to build a sound mechanism and a well-structured management process,and to rationally use the evaluation results.
