Since the reform and opening up,the scale of China's floating population has continued to expand,and the floating population as a product of China's social and economic development has attracted much attention.Housing is a necessary condition for the floating population to live,work and develop themselves in the city.And it is also an intermediate mechanism for the floating population to bridge social division and accelerate social integration in urban life.Therefore,it it has become one of the focuses of the research on the floating population.Purchasing housing is one of the important ways to solve the housing problem of the floating population,and purchasing houses intention as a leading variable that affects the actual level of housing purchasement,reflecting the expectations and plans of the floating population for future housing,which has begun to receive attention in recent years.Unfortunately,so far,the focus of academic attention has been on the intention of the floating population to purchase houses in the city,ignoring the intention of the floating population to purchase houses in the in the outflow of land,so that it is difficult to grasp the overall intention of the floating population to purchase houses.At the same time,most research so far have taken the floating population as a homogeneous whole,ignoring the possible spatial similarities and differences in the intention of the floating population to purchase houses and choose locations.More importantly,previous research have mostly explored the formation mechanism of the intention of floating population individuals or families to purchase houses in the flowing into cities,but there is still a lack of research on the impact of local factors flowing into cities on the intention of floating population to purchase houses.On the basis of the above consideration,this paper based on survey data of 2016 national dynamic monitoring survey and the related statistical yearbook data,and used the methods of descriptive statistics?GIS spatial analysis techniques and hierarchical linear model and so on.This paper taking the prefecture-level cities as research units to systematically analyze floating population's puechasing houses intention and their regional differences.And explores the influence and mechanism of urban local factors and floating population's own factorson the purchasing houses and location selection.The results showed that :(1)More than 30% of the floating population intends to purchasehouses in the flow process,among which the intention to purchase houses in the inflow areas is significantly higher than that in the outflow areas.(2)There are more significant groups' differences and regional differences in the intention to purchase houses and choose its location.In particular,men,20-29 years old,higher education,non-agricultural accounts,high family incomes,and population from towns and cities has a higher intention to purchase houses,but women and population in the 30-39 age groups are more likely to purchase houses in inflow areas In addition,from the perspective of the intention to purchase houses,the cities with inflow of people with high purchase intentions are mainly distributed in the inland areas of the central and western regions.The floating population flowing into the eastern,megacities and sub-provincial cities has the highest intention to purchase houses;from the perspective of location choices,the floating population flowing into the I-type big cities and provincial capitals is more inclined to buy houses inflows,and the willingness of migrants to buy houses is concentrated in the southeast coast.(3)Floating population of purchasing housesintention and location selection is influenced by individual level and floating population flow into the combination of the city local factors,but the influence of different factors on the reaction are different.The influence of the floating population's own factors on the purchasing houses intention and location selection of the floating population is difference,and the influence of urban local factors on the intention to purchase houses is weaker than the influence on the intention to purchase houses location selection...
