Research On The Evaluation For Modern Agricultural Development In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

Modern agriculture is an important issue for the construction of a modern economic system.The Yangtze River Economic Belt plays an irreplaceable role in the development of China's agriculture.It carries about 1/2 of China's agricultural population and holds about 1/3 of China's cultivated land area,which is the core area of modern agricultural development.This paper evaluates the development level of modern agriculture of the provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt by means of literature research,theoretical deduction,mathematical model and comparative analysis,which studies the development status of modern agriculture,explores the intrinsic dynamic mechanism of modern agriculture,and proposes policy recommendations to improve the development of modern agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Based on the extensive combing and systematic research on the representative academic works of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper scientifically defined the rich connotation of modern agricultural development based on the industrial,regional and realistic characteristics of modern agricultural development in China,indicated that corresponding to traditional agriculture,modern agriculture is socialized,which pursues better production efficiency and ecological benefits by means of advanced technology and management.(2)Based on the literature research,this paper constructed indicator system and evaluation models in the light of the status of agricultural development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and analyzed the development level and development trend of modern agriculture in various provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt by means of related statistical data.Three main conclusions are as follows:firstly,the differences in the development level of modern agriculture between provinces are significant,provinces in the lower stream are relatively high,Guizhou and Yunnan in the upper and middle stream are backward,which have laggard technology and management and undesirable productivity;secondly,there are imbalances in the development elements,management and productivity have always been shortcomings,and each province has its own competitive advantages and development bottlenecks;thirdly,the development process of the provinces is inconsistent,provinces in the lower stream have entered a mature period,provinces in the middle stream are in the development stage,and provinces in the upper stream mostly in the growth stage.(3)Based on theoretical research and empirical analysis,this paper proposed that the modern agriculture of the Yangtze River Economic Belt should promote the development from the two aspects of addressing weak links accurately and complementing advantages harmoniously:firstly,all provinces should turn science and technology into an engine of agricultural development,and guarantee a long-term increase in output and quality of agriculture products;secondly,all provinces should make full use of the advantages to optimize the regional layout of agriculture,and accelerate the improvement of ecological synergy mechanism to promote green development of agriculture.The main innovations of this papers are as follows:firstly,in terms of research perspective,explores the dynamic mechanism of regional coordinated development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the aspects of technology,management,production efficiency and ecological benefits of modern agriculture,which can enrich the relevant theories of modern agricultural development;secondly,in terms of research methods,uses the entropy method and DEMATEL method to calculate the weight of indicators and factors;and uses linear weighted model and improved DEA model to calculate the development level of factors and whole modern agriculture;thirdly,in terms of academic perspective,it be proposed that corresponding to traditional agriculture,modern agriculture is socialized,which pursues better production efficiency and ecological benefits by means of advanced technology and management;the key of promote the development is grasp important characteristics and development trend of modern agriculture,and enhance the balanced development within agricultural system and the coordinated development between regions.
