The Comprehensive Evaluation On Synergistic Innovation Ability Of Various Provinces In The Yangtze River Belt

Under the background of two national level development strategies that is Innovation Driven Development Strategy and Yangtze River Economic Belt Strategy in the new era.Mainly,this research built a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of regional synergistic innovation capability by some methods in which AHP is the main method.Then,we calculated the 2013-2016 years' synergistic innovation ability,and its sub abilities of each province in the Yangtze River economic belt,and ranked them according to the score.Then,through horizontal comparative analysis and longitudinal comparative analysis,Some characteristics and problems of the synergistic innovation ability of each province were found,both in the overall level and the provincial level of the Yangtze river economic belt.Such as:(1)Lack of organizational guarantee between province;(2)The shortcoming of Zhejiang province is synergistic ability in synergistic innovation ability.And so on.Finally,we put forward some pertinent policy suggestions in view of the problems.And provide reference for government decision-making to enhance the synergistic innovation ability of all regions of the Yangtze river economic belt..Some other main contents and innovation in the research process.(1)The concepts of innovation,synergy,synergistic innovation and comprehensive evaluation were combed,analyzed and summarized.At the same time,combined with in-depth study and Research on the content of synergy theory and comprehensive evaluation theory,we put forward our own understanding and views on the concept and connotation of regional synergistic innovation,and the definition of comprehensive evaluation.The concept of regional synergistic innovation ability was also extended.(2)Based on the discussion of the mechanism of regional synergy innovation and the deep understanding of the concept and connotation of regional synergistic innovationcapability.From the perspective of capability structure model,the regional synergistic innovation capability is divided into four sub capabilities: regional innovation capability,regional synergy capability,organization support capability and environmental support capability.(3)The coupling degree model and gravitational model were used to measure the regional synergy,from the perspective of synergistic process.
