| Different from the western developed countries,the birth of China’s corporate finance companies is due to the reform tide of China’s economic system and the financial system,while the former is the development of multinational corporations to a certain stage after the spontaneous demand.In China,the finance companies is the first to respond to the policy needs to promote economic reform,and it is also a financial innovation,the two deep integration of the inevitable product while financial institutions and enterprise groups endogenous needs to accumulate to a certain extent.Finance company N is a non-bank financial institution affiliated to N Group.As an internal enterprise of N Group,finance company N has been actively adjusting its position with the development of N Group since its inception,providing high efficiency,high quality,convenient and professional financial services for the Group,However,in the current financial market liberalization,mixed competition intensified,member units increased year by year and other complex circumstances,the current capital management model of finance company N can not meet the group development requirements,exposing several problems such as the inefficient capital operation and the increasing bank accounts of N group.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different fund management modes by introducing the common financial management models.In this paper,finance company N is taken as an example,to analyze the current capital management model of finance company N and the existing problems in depth.By drawing on the typical management of the two treasury companies with finance companies,the management model optimization program of finance company N based on the concept of treasury is proposed,at last,some supporting measures is added,providing some reference of the improvement of fund management and fund management mode for other domestic enterprise finance companies. |
