The Study Of Centralize Treasury Management In LT Group Finance Company

With the slow and steady development of domestic economy,more and more production and operation units exist in the form of enterprise groups and become the backbones in market economic.With the continuous expansion of enterprise groups,a large amount of capital is aggregated into the enterprise groups and the internal capital market gradually forms.The centralized management of internal member units'funds,which can effectively improve the use efficiency of funds.In recent years,domestic financial system reform has been advancing,and financial companies,as a member of the financial industry,have gradually grown and developed.In order to meet the increasing demand for fund management capital management from many large state-owned enterprise groups,financial companies have integrated the management of capital resources within enterprise groups,and achieved certain results.The domestic financial company industry is booming now,and the number of institutions is increasing year by year,covering multiple industries,making great contributions to the domestic economic development.As a pioneer in the mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,the LT enterprise group must seized the opportunity of enterprise upgrading and transformation to realize the strategic goal of integration of industry and finance.While LT group finance company,a financial company was set up to provide capital management and financial services for the LT enterprise group.Therefore,how to upgrade the centralized management of funds for enterprise groups through financial companies and better serve enterprise groups has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper put forward specific suggestions to solve the problems existing in the current fund management of LT group finance company and further improve the centralized fund management system of LT group.From the perspective of newly established financial company,this paper based on relevant theories and achievements in the world,and draw lessons from the fund management experience of Siemens Financial Services Company and CPC finance company,provides effective suggestions for the development and upgrading of LT group finance company in the next stage.In order to better serve the group enterprises,LT group finance company must make clear its strategic positioning,enhance its own business capabilities,strengthen risk management awareness.Provide reference for the development of other domestic financial companies.The research results of this paper not only provide valuable experience for domestic financial companies with the same industry background,but also point out the direction for other domestic financial companies to explore the development and operation.
