The financial industry's internal and external environment is changing acutely in our country,and finance companies face great challenges.Thus,group finance companies are forced to achieve transformation and innovation with the support of information system.Nowadays,the change of environment and the development and application of new technology bring both challenges and opportunities to the establishment of information system for finance o companies.Treasury management is a significant management function that affects the liquidity,security and profitability of financial companies.The operation of the treasury management of financial companies is highly dependent on the information system.The application effect of the treasury management information system directly affects the development of the treasury management the financial company.The treasury management information system of S Group Finance Company was established in 2002.There have been many problems in the system application process for more than ten years.For example,the system does not recognize the requirements for centralized management of overseas treasury at the initial stage of system construction.The system cannot support the management of treasury planning and treasury position management.The data sharing with other systems and external regulatory agencies is insufficient.The treasury management of finance company is not well supported.As a result,the treasury management lacks the necessary system means and affects the efficiency and profitability of treasury,and affects work efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current application status of S Group Finance Company for treasury management information system,find problems,propose suggestions to improve the application level of the treasury management information system,and truly play the role of the system to support the treasury management,and help treasury management staff to carry out their work efficiently,and be able to monitor the dynamic changes of treasury in real time and improve the liquidity,security and profitability of treasury.This paper takes the application study of the financial company's treasury management information system as the topic,and fully explores the problems existing in the application process of the existing financial company's treasury management information system,which has great practical significance.Based on the above background,this paper intends to use the analysis of the status quo,analysis of problems and causes,and submit the proposals to conduct studies on the application of S Group Finance Company's treasury management information system,beginning with the centralized management of treasury of the financial company,treasury settlement management,capital planning and position management of the treasury management,conduct an in-depth study of the application status of the treasury management information system in the above management field.Based on reference to lots of papers related to the functions of the Group Finance Company,the treasury management of the finance company and the treasury management information system of the finance company,the author focuses on the research background and research significance.Research results in related fields;in the application study of the treasury management information system of S Group Finance Company,the author as a consultant provided relevant consulting services for S Group Finance Company,through field observation,interviews and investigations in S Group Finance Company,and in-depth understanding of the application status of the treasury management information system,the problems and causes in the application process,and the in-depth analysis of the problems,and put forward corresponding recommendationsAfter studying this paper,conclusions are drawn as,S Group Finance Company has the problem of special treasury pool.S Group Finance Company has not yet concentrated the oversea treasury,and it affects the liquidity of treasury.The system lacks the functions of monitoring and automatic checking in the process of treasury settlement,and it affects the efficiency of the treasury management staff,due to the lack of real-time monitoring,the treasury management staff cannot monitor the treasury settlement situation in time.The system lacks capital planning and position management function,and it leads to the lack of information support for treasury management staff in the balance of treasury,and affects the liquidity of treasury.It is insufficient data sharing between treasury management information system and other information system,and Groups and regulators cannot directly obtain treasury management information through the system,which is not conducive to strengthening supervision of treasury.After analyzing,it has been found that the main reason behind this because of insufficient system investigation,lacking integrated planning on information system,lacking information communication,lacking information sharing 'mechanisms,limited resource input in prophase system construction and so on.Based on studying problems and causes,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions in response to the above problems.The contribution point of this paper includes,first,this paper chooses the application of capital management system of group's finance company as the subject of study,through problem analysis and suggestions,groups will strengthen treasury management and improve the liquidity,security and profitability of treasury through inforlation technology,which can be used as reference.Second,in response to the problem of the application of treasury management information system in Group Finance Company,this paper proposed straight-through processing flow of payment and settlement,establish system requirement management function and processing flow,implement information system planning and feasibility analyzing and some corresponding recommendations,which is practicable and instructiveness.The deficiencies of this paper include,first,this paper only research and analyze S Group central enterprise's system application status before integration,currently,the integration work of S Group Central Enterprise is moving forward,new requirement and changes in S Group Central Enterprise will arise in the future,finance company's treasury management information system will be affected.Secondly,this paper conducts the study based on application of treasury management information system in S Group Finance Company,which has raised the problem of inadequate comparative study of other financial companies,there might be lack of broad representation.
