After the middle of the 20 th Century,The mode of Financial Shared Services was popular in China.The development of Internet information technology also provides a great impetus to the construction of group information management system.In the past few decades,many of China's large groups emulated the West's excellent financial shared service model.Such as ZTE,China Mobile,China Railway are the pioneer of Financial Shared Service Mode.Financial Shared Services can provide service for all branches of the enterprise,cross regional and inter organizational.In order to reduce costs,uniform service level for the business department;It can focus on dealing with the repeated,the same process of accounting affairs.The FSSC(Financial Shared Service Center)can efficient allocation of resources and make the corporate finance more centralized.Also it can make the financial staff more time and energy to engage in financial analysis and other high core cause of value-added activities.A company is a large medical group field in Ophthalmology Department,which has 24 wholly owned subsidiaries in China,which has the function of Financial Independent Accounting.This kind of management mode is convenient for decision making and management in the early development of A group.As the reforming of public hospitals and the encourage from government to develop the private medical services,more capital investment into the medical industry.It leads to increasingly fierce competition in the medical market.First the original financial system can not accurately reflect the group's operating data and financial data.Second the decentralized financial management mode weakens the financial power of the headquarters and threatens the internal control of the group.As above,a series of problems led to increasing cost,the ability of management and controldeclining.It is a great threaten and challenge for A group.In this paper,we will systematically study and absorb the domestic and foreign research on the shared services,especially financial shared services.Trying to combine the academic theories of economics and management,analyzes the common characteristics of the financial shared service,and probes into the implementation of the financial sharing service which can bring new advantages for the large group companies.We will think how to construct a reasonable framework for the Financial Shared Service.In addition,through the analysis of the traditional and new financial management mode,we will comparative analysis the advantages and disadvantages of financial shared services,based on the discussion of how to avoid weaknesses,summarizes the related factors and the implementation of service dotting in the construction of financial sharing.
