Research On Project Evaluation Index Based On Dakar Car Rental Company

In recent decades,with the sustained and rapid development of the domestic economy,the Internet of Things era is coming,which is focused on fast speed and knowledge explosion,although the Internet Plus has not been fully adapted by us.At the same time,in car rental industry,customer demands become more diversified and multilevel,in order to meet customer expectation,car rental companies has to try their best to change business strategy to satisfy their clients.While,no matter what business strategy is launched,there is always an evaluation criteria to measure business result.Currently,the evaluation system of project implementation resultshould be a comprehensive system to show multiple dimensions indicators instead of only some simple quantitative index.In this thesis,the literature research method is used to summarize the existing historical literature results,and the comprehensive score method is used to evaluate the scores of the various factors of the construction system.The qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis are combined.Finally,based on the analysis by Dakar car rental company,author tried to build a project evaluation system for Dakar car rental company.At the beginning,this thesis analyzes the car rental industry and project evaluation system,and then introduces main business management project of Dakar car rental company,after that,focus on analyzing of problems which is faced by project evaluation of Dakar car rental company.At present,only some quantitative analysis is used in project evaluation system,such as internal investment rate of return analysis,investment recovery period analysis,the overall return analysis etc.,but current evaluation system cannot give a clear and effective result about how much market share will be taken back.The evaluation indicators are not complete which lead Dakarcar rental company missed some valuable opportunities,and impacted the judgment for following investments.Finally,this thesis combines the actual situation of Dakar car rental company to integrate the PDCA cycle theory in financial management,and raise a project evaluation system which PDCA could continuously improve.Through the analysis of various stages of Dakarcar rental company,the author is trying to prove that selected evaluation indicators can temporarily resolve the problem which Dakarcar rental company is facing in current project evaluation.Hope that the research of this thesis will not only solve the problems that Dakar car rental company should solve at present,provide a strong basis for judging the development goals of the company,but also play a certain reference role to the project evaluation for similar companies.
