Housing problem is the livelihood of the major issues of international relations,how to solve the housing problem is directly related to social harmony and stability.In recent years,public rental housing as a new way to protect the housing problems of low-income groups have played a key role in resolving.In March 2014,during the two sessions,Premier Li Keqiangmade in 2014 to develop affordable housingconstruction,focusing on the development of public rental housing construction.In strengthening the construction of public rentalscale,while able to effectively meet the needs oflow-income groups,so that the public rentaltenants are satisfied with their current livingsituation,is the key to public rental housing residents to solve the problem.Customer satisfaction theory more in foreign applications,relatively mature,many European countries have established national satisfaction index in order to promote well-being of residents improved.Our customer satisfaction theory a late start,limited research results,but the satisfaction theory will receive more attention.Therefore,the theory is applied to customer satisfaction satisfaction in public rental housing,has great practical significance.Based on this,the first of the current situation of public rental study abroad and satisfaction theory to study the situation,combined with the actual situation of public rental housing,build public rental households living satisfaction measurement system.And in Shenyang selected three public rental community with questionnaires,interviews and other ways to investigate housing satisfaction.Then,by spss software for statistical data analysis and reliability,and validity.Final calculated Shenyang public rental housing satisfaction.The results show that the public rental Shenyang overall residential satisfaction basically satisfied.The final score of satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors of each half,indicating Shenyang public rental,there are many needs to be done.Through the analysis of the relevant factors,recommendations for further improvement of Shenyang public rental housing satisfaction.
